This long-term contract supports the operations and maintenance of two commercial and industrial (C&I) solar PV systems - one rooftop and one ground-mounted - located in Liverpool and Newton Aycliffe. The project plays a key role in the client’s renewable energy strategy, ensuring consistent performance, safety, and regulatory compliance over nearly two decades.

This installation contract was for a 3.5MW ground-mounted solar PV farm located at Kingmoor Park, one of the North West’s largest industrial and commercial business parks. The solar farm plays a pivotal role in the site’s energy strategy, generating over 3 megawatt hours of electricity per annum and enabling significant periods of electrical self-sufficiency. Currently, the solar farm produces 70% of the park’s energy needs. In addition to powering a large portion of the park, the project delivers substantial carbon savings and contributes to the region’s environmental goals.
